Sultana Sun-Dried is dried in the open Samarkand air, on trays raised 35 to 40 cm above the ground. Black raisins are dried in the shade, and golden raisins with a sulphur treatment.

Three Decades in the Making.
NNP Raisins is part of Navobod Naslli Parranda, an agro-industrial cluster in the Samarkand region with more than thirty years of grape growing behind it.

Four stages of cleaning and sorting: vacuum separation, laser-optical sorting, X-ray inspection and metal detection.
